Job Description
You build bridges between the creative division and clients.
You consistently run various processes as you proposed, plan, manage, and arrange for creating websites and apps!
Business Flow

(1) Send direct mail and respond to inquiry
Contact companies that are thinking of improving websites and apps -
(2) Visit companies to ask requests
Ask clients about estimation and problem -
(3) Prepare proposal and estimation, give presentaion
By cooperating with engineers and designers in COMMU:DE, you prepare the proposal, wireframe(plan for the service), and estimation with the tools. -
(4) After clients order, you arrange with creative staff
Arrange with staff in each project -
(5) Fix and delivery
Final adjustment like fix after creating the project and then, you deliver it to the client
What the attraction for the job

(1) Start working now even if you don’t have work experience about a web director
You may think “I’m interested in the industry like web design, but I don’t have work experience”, but don’t give up on your dream!
We think that the passion “to create clients’ needs and help them” is more important than experience and knowledge.
You will work with the clients for a long time, because they order some projects and ask us for managing their websites, so in between you and the clients, they may build the relationship like a team.
This position is a big challenge for you, because many people visit websites you planned, proposed, and created. -

You create a team with directors, designers, engineers and discuss with them for creating websites based on clients’ needs.

(4) Fixed salary will increase by achieving the goal in a row!
Estimated Salary: 250,000 to 500,000 yen of Monthly Salary
※We determine your hourly rate depending on your skill and experience.
※In estimated salary, it includes 56,250 yen of fixed overtime salary (it is equivalent to 45 hours). If the overtime work exceeds 45 hours, we will pay the excess.
※3 to 6 months Trial required(During trial, the monthly salary will be paid 210,000 to 230,000 yen. With same benefits as usual)
You handle the whole process of the projects such as planning, development, management, mainly apps for mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

Job Description
You mainly deal with the design for B2B websites, corporate websites, design and fixing clients’ websites, our blogging sites.
You don’t need skill and knowledge of cording, because there are experienced employees in COMMU:DE. You can focus on the design.
You can apply even if you don’t have enough work experience and there is a gap for a while.
Requirements such as work experience and skill
- (1) Work experience or knowledge related to design. Basic skill about Photoshop(mainly use it) and illustrator.
- (2) Work experience related to design in the printing industry
Working Conditions
6 hours per day, 4 days per week work is favorable. 8 hours per day work is welcome.
Wages
1,100 to 2,000 yen of Hourly Rate
